Through our partnership with a travel company, we're able to giveaway a trip incentive of a digital certificate offering a reservation request for 3 nights resort accommodations in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Westgate LV Resort & Casino or in Orlando, Florida at  Westgate Lakes . Winner is responsible to pay for the room tax which is  $19.45 per night due upon activation of certificate and at the end of your stay, winner pays any applicable resort fees which run from $5 to $38 per night paid directly to the resort. (wifi, local calls, resort amenities, etc..) Certificate must be activated within 7 days of receiving it. Travel can be completed within 18 months after activation. 1. Eligibility: The Get Dirty In Vegas Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to residents of the United States, who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age who have internet access and a valid email address. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsors, other companies associated with the Giveaway, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and their respective spouses) and household members of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

4. Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Giveaway, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.


5. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00 pm EST on May 08, 2018 and ends at 11:59am est on July 8, 2018, (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. 


6. You may only complete each additional entry action once during the Entry Period excluding the referral action. The referral action offers 1 entry for each person that joins the giveaway with users referral link. Actions taken outside of giveaway app (administrator/ gleam) will not be counted. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Entry Period. Entries in excess of the allowable limit will not be acknowledged.

The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor(s) reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.


7. 8. If you access the Giveaway Website on your mobile device to participate in this Giveaway, your wireless service provider may charge you for applicable data charges. You should consult your wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans. Message and data rates may apply.


9. Drawing: After the Entry Period, Administrator will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.


10. Notification and Requirements of Potential Winner: Potential winner will be contacted by email to the account used to enter the Giveaway within 7 days of the drawing. Failure to respond to the initial verification notice within twenty-four (24) hours after notification or return of verification notice as undeliverable after three (3) attempts will result in disqualification; if a potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor(s) will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. Only seven (7) alternate potential winners will be contacted. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Winner must activate certificate within 7 days of receiving it and is responsible for fees of $19.45 per night. Travel can be completed within 18 months of activation.


11 Prize(s): One winner will receive a digital certificate valid for a reservation request offering (3) nights of accommodations at The Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino (Standard Room). BookVip.com reserves the right to provide a substitute for The Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino in the event that The Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino is booked during requested stay. These rooms are for up to 4 occupants and at least one occupant must be at least 21 years of age. Your cost to redeem this certificate and book the reservation is just the recovery fees for the local government taxes and tourism fees of only $19.45 per night which is due upon activation of certificate. Guest must also have a Major credit or a bank debit card with Visa or mastercard logo, plus valid government issued id to check in.


The recipient of this certificate will receive 3 nights resort accommodation room rate free of charge, which retail is valued at up to $195 per night, however recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses. ( Resort fees in Orlando run from $5.00 to 13.00 per night, In Las Vegas the resort fees run from $16.00 to $38 per night Paid directly to the resort.) Resort fees cover items like: WiFi Internet Access Local Calls, Resort amenities. All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. If you book your travel dates, and you do not end up traveling then the fees and taxes paid are non refundable. Reservations are based on availability and will not be available during major holidays or resort special events. Check in is available 7 days a week.


The expiration date on this certificate pertains only to redemption of this certificate and not actual travel. You must activate this certificate within 7 days of receiving it. Travel can be completed within 18 months after activation. Once your travel dates have been confirmed changes are not allowed.


This certificate cannot be combined with any other resort stay or promotional vacation offer. Only one certificate per household and resort will only honor one certificate per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Scrappletown, Dirty Cops, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Google, Administrator and all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents of sponsors and administrator(the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York, NY. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor(s) in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, NY, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York, NY or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York, NY.

Third Party Platforms: By participating in this Giveaway, entrants hereby release and agree to hold harmless any third party platform that may be used and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prizes or participation in any prize-related activities. Unless otherwise stated to the contrary in these Official Rules, this Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other third party. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google, Instagram, Pinterest or any other social network or service.
